An Orangeburg man has been charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident Friday night.
Austin Carl Floyd, 22, of eight hundred eighty five Cannon Bridge Road, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death. Abu Dhabi: One person died and more than sixty people were injured in a massive car pile-up involving one hundred twenty seven vehicles on the Dubai-Abu Dhabi highway early Saturday, according to police.
