REGENCY AT MONROE – NEWS UPDATE – SEPTEMBER Two, 2017

Over the years I’ve noticed that I’ve very likely sold more items then EBAY or TICKETRON.

So, to make things a little lighter for myself, I will sell for residents just two things:

1. TICKETS TO SHOWS OR CLUBHOUSE ACTIVITIES THAT YOU CAN’T ATTEND. THIS HELPS THE SELLER AS WELL AS THE BUYER

Two. TIMESHARES, WHETHER RENTING OR SELLING

If someone wants to just make something available as a FREE ITEM, I would have no problem sending this out.

I know that when residents stir they want to sell those items that they don’t need. However, I have to stop because it then shows others that if I sell something like furniture for one person then someone else might ask for it to be done as well.

I agree with your thoughts re reducing the information that YOU will send out; but as there are

1000 households presently here, and with an ongoing influx/outflux; wouldn’t it make a lot of sense for the RESIDENTS themselves to have some sort of website/page so that they can sell/give/seek various household-related goods?

I so look forward to your music section each week. Thank you for posting our kind of music.
